   Andrecia Spaulding is a licensed psychotherapist with over 14 years of experience working with children, teens, tweens, parents, and adults to reach their personal best despite challenges they may face. She is a graduate of Fordham University and holds a Master's of Social Work. She is licensed to practice in the State of Connecticut, Maryland,Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, and Texas as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

 

  Andrecia's  approach to therapy is rooted in evidence-based practices and tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. She is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and utilizes this alongside other therapeutic modalities. Whether you are struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, or other concerns, she is here to help you develop strategies for coping and achieving your goals.
