When is the right time for therapy?
The perfect time for therapy is whenever you feel ready and motivated to engage in the therapeutic process. Whether you're experiencing acute distress, seeking personal growth, or simply looking for support during a challenging time, therapy can offer valuable tools, insights, and support to help you navigate life's ups and downs with greater resilience and well-being.
If you feel that now is the right time for you to explore therapy, trust in that intuition and take the first step toward seeking support. A therapist can provide a safe and supportive space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences, and work collaboratively with you to address your concerns and goals.

Anxiety
Do you feel tangled in thought traps? Are you struggling with repeated feelings of anxiety or constant worry that is impairing your ability to function or meet the demands of life? Chronic anxiety can impact your ability to think clearly, make sound decisions, adversely impact your physical health, and can put you at higher risk of depression if left untreated.
Therapy can help you recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life.
